marlin atlantis: With land developments popping up all over Texas, Marlin Atlantis needed an identity to reflect the strength and solidity of what they do – build communities. To break into this overwhelming market they needed to appeal to a broad audience and focus on the “family” in community. A softer color palette and elegant typography gave them a friendly, approachable look. Euro Style was part of the branding from the ground up. It started with logo development and a stationery package to create a foundation for the look and feel.

Designing the future in some of the most in-demand areas of Texas, this real estate land developer commissioned us to help sell “lifestyles”. From community logos and imagery to maps with links, we created this site to show places where families and businesses can put down roots and grow.

With a new identity established, we helped this Texas based company to further its land developing appeal to homebuilders by creating this sophisticated and elegant brochure that highlighted their many communities.
